"well just back home after our second time at this lovely hotel we stayed for 17 nights this time just before the hotel closed for end of session most of same staff are still there from the last time and remember us from the last time they had built new swim up room since last time and we were very lucky to get with free up grade. we love the locution of this hotel easy to get into Rhodes on bus or Lindos every one of the staff are brilliant from house maids to front desk and bar staff including snack bar at the pool. the food is the same as most all inclusive i would just say its my preference if it was hotter but i never ever went hungry there was always a good breakfast on freshly made omelet's if wanted them . (please if your English don't expected the full English) what your used too i would like to see some better entertainment I am lead to believe they were starting to build 2 new al a cart restaurants on site ready for next year this hotel is very friendly place to stay for young and old and i would stay again no problem thanks to all the staff for lovely stay and hope to see you's all next year thanks again Keith/Gina"

"Absolutely amazing holiday! It’s a smaller hotel but plenty big enough. And the service is incredible. We were really impressed. The reception team were super helpful and really looked after us so well they’re so kind. The bar staff and restaurant were lovely. I wasn’t feeling great before I arrived. And had a cough and was at the bar and the lovely bar tender gave me a throat sweets out of her handbag which was really kind. The animation staff and entertainment were really good. The food is great. And the room was so nice. We’d definitely recommend this place. You just get the impression the staff are one big family. Your not super disconnected like you would be in a really big hotel the service is so much better here. My husband and I had a massage each at the spa and it was really great. The masseuse was very professional made me feel comfortable and safe. And just yet another really kind member of staff. In all my years travelling I can’t remember having a better stay at a hotel. Thank you"

"Location is lovely. Rooms immaculate and the water bottle daily was a nice touch. Unfortunately food was the let down here for us. No variety, barely warm. Staff helpful and kind. Not enough info available for things to do but this may be because we went with EasyJet. Entertainment guys, Alan and Mat were very good! Funny and attentive. Our son had the best time. Thank you to all at Leonardo!!!"
