"I think it is important to have a good first meeting at a hotel to get a good feeling and feel welcome. Unfortunately, we did not get that feeling. It would be good for the hotel. that the younger staff try to be a little more friendly both in tone and to show that they really care and want to help. It is not fun to meet coldness and arrogance because you do not feel welcome. There needs to be a little more balance between younger and older staff at the reception. The staff at the restaurant were all super nice and you always felt welcome there and a big plus for all those who did wonderful work and cooked wonderful food."

I felt like I got more than I paid for. The staff’s professionalism and the clean environment made me feel at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
