"We arrived at about 2300hrs and check in was reasonably smooth. We were shown to room which was a superior sea view which we paid extra for. The room was on the second floor, no lift, but had a lovely sea view. The room was very clean and tidy with everything you would need, but the rooms are reasonably small compared to some other hotels. It was cleaned every day although the mini bar was not replenished 2 days in a row. I did complain to reception about this and it was sorted. There is food available 24/7 which meant that we were able to eat once we had checked in. The food and service was generally very good during our stay. We ate in all the al la carte restaurants during our stay. Service in the steakhouse wasn’t fantastic mains arrived before starters had not been finished and the steaks weren’t cooked as requested. Personally the service and the food in the Greek restaurant was far better. The BBQ, pizza and pool bar stations are fantastic. The pool area and the beach can look a bit untidy at times. Didn’t see the pool area being washed down in 10 days. There are some international branded drinks available, however the mixers are not bottles or cans but cheap quality from a pump spray. This does detract from the quality. Entertainment is either a singer 1/2 piece or a DJ, or some traditional Greek dance or music which was good. Personally the DJ music was far too loud that you couldn’t hold a conversation if you were in the area. Staff were generally very nice and helpful, bar service can be very slow at times, and they don’t seem to want you to go the bar. Alfred in the bar made a real effort to be friendly. The area around the hotel in Kokini Hani is mixed with a few restaurants, bars supermarkets and pharmacies. There is some building work going on, but in general it’s a bit run down. The hotel were unable to suggest anywhere local to rent an e-bike. It’s not great for walking, the footpaths are uneven and suddenly just stop. I personally wouldn’t rate it as 5*Plus, it’s probably a 4 star in reality."

"I love the room very luxurious and the environment is beautiful .It's good for couples not for families with children If you are a foodie you are not going to like it They need to improve the quality of their food ! I can't discuss everything . I gave them my feedback already @mistis rinela if you know what people are complaining about work on it 🙄"
