On the doorstep are some of the finest shops, bars and bistros in a city that’s known for all three. You’ll be a short walk from world-class cultural venues too.
A breakfast buffet of freshly-baked breads and pastries is served every morning, alongside eggs, bacon and sausage. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s homemade cake, too. While the hotel doesn’t serve an evening menu, they have teamed up with fantastic local restaurants to offer their food as room service. Fancy a drink before you head out? The lounge bar is stocked with organic wine, Parisian beer and, of course, Champagne.
Rooms are furnished to give you the feeling of staying in a chic, Bohemian apartment, and include wi-fi, air conditioning, and a Nespresso machine – just in case you need a pick-me-up.

The Louvre
Only 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by public transport from the hotel, take a tour of the world’s most-visited museum. Home to perhaps the best-recognised image in history, the Louvre is much more than one enigmatic smile. The Mona Lisa obviously deserves your attention, but with over 35,000 masterpieces on display, including other showstoppers like the Venus de Milo, you could spend a whole week wandering this gallery and barely scratch the surface.
Gastronomic delights
From the humble croque monsieur to the finest Michelin-starred haute cuisine, Paris is home to some of the finest food on the planet – and the Hotel Touraine Opera is in the middle of it all. Jump on the Metro, only a three-minute walk away, or it’s 10 minutes on foot to Gare Saint Lazare, one of the busiest railway stations in France.
