You’d be hard pushed to find a neighbourhood more quintessentially Parisian than Saint Germain-des-Prés, which just so happens to be the one that De Buci calls home. Charming boutiques, local bakeries, and petite cafés are all mainstays on these streets, so be sure to dedicate at least a few hours to a leisurely wander.

As for ticking off the sights, you’ll be within arm’s reach of plenty of the top sights here. Luxembourg Palace – and its sprawling gardens – are just seven minutes’ walk away, while both the Louvre and Notre Dame are within a 15-minute stroll. For getting anywhere further afield, there’s a handy metro station just a stone’s throw from the hotel, so exploring will be a cinch.
