"No complaints here, I had a smooth experience at this hotel. I booked a premier room, and it was comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious. Service was attentive, and the food I had for dinner was good. Gym is small but it has all the machines you need and complimentary Evian water. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but nothing special. If you need a day or two at an airport hotel and need straightforward convenience over charm I would recommend this hotel."

"Not the 4-Star Experience I Was Hoping For Spent a week at the Crowne Plaza thinking it would be a comfortable, hassle-free stay but unfortunately, it fell short in quite a few ways. Cleanliness & Maintenance were very Disappointing.From the moment we walked into the room, we noticed mould in the bathroom. Not just a little — it was clearly visible and definitely not what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. We reported it straight away… but had to wait two whole days before anything was done. They eventually moved us to a “premier” room, which sounded promising but guess what? That bathroom also had mould. For a 4-star hotel, basic cleanliness shouldn't be a struggle. Staff Were Polite, But Response Was Way Too Slow. The staff were friendly but when it came to actually addressing issues, things moved at a snail’s pace. Waiting 48 hours for someone to deal with a hygiene issue was Not great. It honestly felt like they just didn’t take it seriously. Here’s what really left a sour taste: we had breakfast once (on day two), and confirmed with reception that it would be billed at the special €17 per person rate just for that day. But when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast every day. Apparently, restaurant records showed we were there daily which simply wasn’t true. It felt careless, like they just hoped we wouldn’t notice. Not the best way to end a stay. What should’ve been a relaxing, enjoyable stay turned into a week of back-and-forth over cleanliness and billing issues. It’s a shame, because the Crowne Plaza brand usually comes with certain expectations but this particular stay didn’t live up to them. I would advise to any guest who stay in this hotel, please kindly Check your room carefully when you arrive, and review your final bill line by line. Don’t just assume everything’s right because in our case, it wasn’t."
