Cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, mais je suis convaincu qu’il ne mériterait même pas 2 étoiles selon les standards hôteliers espagnols, et cela me fait douter de l'évaluation accordée par les autorités locales de Fréjus (Liones Frejour Town), qui semblent utiliser un système Bribe-très subjectif.
This hotel near the beach in Fréjus, claims to be a 4-star establishment. However, it wouldn’t even qualify for 2 stars by Spanish hotel standards, and it seems the local authorities in Fréjus have used a bribe- system to rate it.
Moisture and Mold: My room on the first floor, near the elevator, had clear signs of mold on the baseboards near the bed and bathroom. They tried to cover it with a poor coat of paint, which is unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel.
Old and Small Elevator: Only 1 outdated mini elevator from the 1980s, which is not suitable for families or guests with large luggage. This elevator is also used for laundry carts, making it unusable for guests. Staff never offered to let us use it.
Poor Customer Service: When I arrived at 3:40 PM, I was told my room wasn’t ready, with no estimated time for when it would be. I had to ask multiple times to find out where to change, and they were unhelpful and dismissive.
Misleading Advertisements: The hotel falsely claims to have a pool and a gym on its website, yet there are none. The lack of room service was also disappointing.
Damaged Bathroom: It was in poor condition, with broken faucets, mold, and water leaks, likely from previous moisture damage.
Unfriendly Receptionist: The receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful.
This hotel does not deserve to be called a 4-star property. In Spain, it wouldn’t even qualify for 2 stars. The poor hygiene, lack of facilities, and unprofessional staff were unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this disappointing experience."
