"Just Returned from an excellent week at this lovely resort Excellent location especially for snorkelling Lovel beach with ample areas to sunbath Couple of good restaurants there as well The grounds are well maintained and very very clean Got lots of variety of food restaurants and can not complain The head Chef Mohamed Abdul is well in control He looked after all our children food allergies on daily basis He slapped up lovely Indian dishes just for us on more than 4 occasions Well done all their waiting staff in all the restaurants few to mention Azusa and Romany Daily BBQ including sea food was an extra not expected Always there to please us with anything we asked for The pool is large and no need to reserve beds Plenty and our daily attendant Mo Salah looked after us on daily basis Drinks from pool bar are regular delivered in order Pool very clean and life guard always present Khalid a very good pool waiter keeping our drinks coming Had a good family photo shoot at very reasonable prices Spar is very excellent Lady Josephine is very thoughtful on our requirements The spar very clean got steam and sauna Also a hydro pool Management team is outstanding Headed by by My Younes Mohammed and Mr Mahear Keeps the resort to this high standby Animation team try hard and evening theatre shows are average Could do with more improvement Our rooms were on 2 floors Regular topped up and serviced by Mustafa No complaints Bathroom could do with little modernisation But still very comfortable Churchill Bar was our favourite to hang around in the evening Lovely staff and area to wind down Visited Old Town and Soho Square Arranged by hotel conceiger mr Ibrahim Very reasonable priced since we were 15 to our family Hotel has outside shopping across and is only 15 minutes from Airport Overall a 5 star service and guests are very well looked after The staff Do Not Say No to any guest requests Restaurants all good Greek, Thai, Indian and Italian Celebrated 3 family birthdays all arranged by the restaurant staff Baked fresh cakes on all 3 occasions There is an excellent artist painter who is just amazing and can do portraits at very short notice Overall 5 star for Staff Service Grounds Fiid and above all the Managment team Will definitely try and come back for more"
