"Also unforgettable experience in this hotel. We had an amazing holiday day here the pool was amazing. The clean hotel general was clean the rooms also clean the bar. Drinks was amazing and then the animation is doing a great job."

"In summary - food and drink let this hotel down hugely It should be a 3* - with a 4* pool Cons * Reception area was terrible checking in - waited far too long early hours of the morning for no apparent reason * Family room was large bed and sofa bed (not idea when you’ve got a teenager sharing a sofa bed) - this needs to be twins or bunks * Food wasn’t great for children - need more basics - nuggets / plain pizza etc to ensure children are eating * Use the red flags - some of the staff are draining * Patio doors need replacing - take some effort to shut and dangerous to open and close * Not enough seating for entertainment at night - and we went October so can’t imagine what it’s like in August peak seasons - puts people off staying out at night. Many may guests with no where to sit * Restaurant just isn’t big enough in the evenings / walking around looking for tables isn’t fair on those looking or those eating * Rooms should be made up on arrival for the amount of people travelling - ie we were finally given room card then waited for bedding for the sofa bed * Need resort map * Toastie station or similar as an alternative option for lunch * Have being meal slots and queue at the door to prevent people hovering around tables when people are eating * Earlier entertainment at night * Gym is poorly equipped and the rep in there is oppressive - no cardio equipment/ poor lighting Pros - * Pool area * Lovely gardens * Good excursions and reasonably priced * Weather - wasn’t too hot as you’d think it would be - it’s was 30+ but didn’t feel it * Slides * Location on beach * Swim up rooms are sun based if you like that but not all have sunbeds * No queuing at bars during the day"
