"The only thing I found annoying and it really is minor. Is the walk from the soup station to the bread station. Please put some bread by the soup so you don't have to walk half the length of the restaurant. Other than that nothing to complain about. Staff very attentive. Room cleaning every day. Could not fault. The manager of this hotel should be very proud of his or her team for all the hard work and dedication that they show. Well done all of you 👏 👍."

"My Wife and I visited this hotel early in October this year. We stayed for 11 nights and through the whole of the stay we had an amazing time. The staff in every area and who we came across were exceptional in their attentive ways and making sure we had everything we needed. We were greeted throughout the day and night with a warm friendly approach and excellent service throughout. All areas were kept immaculate with each of the staff taking pride in their areas with overall cleanliness, efficiency and attention to detail. Our hotel is part of a 3 hotel complex all interlinked that can be walked round that has a variety of pools and other attractions such as water park. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach from your hotel every 20 minutes starting at 8am until 6pm where we had our own area with bar and cafe. We came across a lot of staff during our stay whom were all professional, friendly and attentive. Those that we had close contact with were exceptional in their ways to make us comfortable and cared for these are: Laura (customer relations) who came out each day to speak to guests making sure their stay suited their needs and if there were any issues. Team life guard aqua vista, Mohammed Mahrous, Ahmed Aref, Ibrahem Maghd, Mohammed Gamal, lgaheld Ali and Mohammed Alwain. All looked after the guests, keeping them safe and helping with sunlounges and towels and cleanliness of the pools and areas. The White Bar staff, all of the team including Mustafa Medhat. Soprano restaurant, staff Ahmed Hasabalih, Mohamed Ahmed, Karem Moubarrek, Mahmoud Mohamed and Ibrahim Gamai. Who were funny and friendly, and even though they look after hundreds of people on a daily basis, remember your name and drinks. We would recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future."
