George and his team in the Me and You Bar, Ion the best waiter I have ever seen, Anthoulla at the customer desk so helpful and Dora in the dining room a wonderful person. These are just a few. "What a lovely stay we have had at the Olympic lagoon hotel We really cant fault this hotel it was lovely the food was amazing with a different theme every night You do get allocated a sunbed on arrival we werent aware we could do this before arrival on the app which I think we will try next visit but we did get a very sunny spot for most of the day we were on the third row would I have liked to be closer to the pool to see the kids play yes but they are older and were safe in the pool. The rooms were lovely proper beds for kids pillows were lovely and squishy we had a sea view balcony which was lovely We had a issue with next door being very disruptive with very loud noise and bad language but reception sorted very quickly and we didnt hear a muff for the rest of the holiday There isnt one member of staff in this hotel who doesnt go above and beyond for you everyone was lovely and it just shows My kids are 8 and 10 and the didnt really fit in with the kids club activities my 8 yr old did a.few but I think they fell in the middle of the kids one being too young and the teens one not really doing anything to grab there interest. I would have liked to see more outdoor activities like pool based but totally understand that it was October and the pool was colder maybe they do in the summer months All these are very small niggles certainly dont impact our stay we enjoyed every moment we will be back without a doubt !!! There are 2 themed resturants you can eat in while staying here an Italian which we would have liked to try but unfortunately it was an adults only and a cypriot one which probably try next time as my kids really enjoyed the cypriot food Already missing my leo the lion juice!!!"

"This hotel is luxury from start to finish, definitely 5*+. Upon arrival offered a drink while checking in, staff so friendly and welcoming and check in was smooth. Porter took us to our room, a really lovely guy who gave us lots of detail about room, hotel and amenities. Room very clean, nice comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Nice to have a mini fridge filled every day and tea bags sugar etc replenished every day. We paid for standard room and dint expect a view but surprisingly it was a partial sea view so quite nice. Food - we used the buffet for our breakfast and evening meals, warmly greeted at door and had to wait to be seated. I dont think this is necessary for buffet restaurant as there was plenty of seating. Good selection of meat, veg, potatoes, salad, fruit, dessert and cheeses, albeit small compared to some hotels we have stayed at but always found a nice meal, quality ingredients. Lunch was either in Diner or Patisserie, loved the Diner, food was excellent, staff were fantastic so friendly and service brilliant. Facilities, swimming pools were fantastic although quite cold. Absolutely spot on with allocation of sunbeds, no rushing to lay towels down at silly o'clock. All areas cleaned, staff were always visible cleaning. Entertainment was fantastic, if you love Broadway shows you will be happy. Some shows didn't suit us but performers were superb. Bar staff warm and friendly and my only negative was that you couldn't go to bar to order drinks you had to wait for staff to come to table to take orders, at times very slow service due to number of people and not enough staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations and made my first holiday to Paphos a dream. We have already booked for 2027!"
