"Myself, husband and our daughter spent a week here at the beginning of August. We were really worried arriving at the hotel as there had been a lot of negative reviews for here before we arrived. We found our room was lovely, the aircon was brilliant, no complaints as far as the rooms go. Food was okay, typical all inclusive. It could get quite repetitive and sometimes random. There was fried for breakfast a couple of times which just seemed odd to me. The Italian restaurant had great food but the service from one of the wait staff in there was horrendous, she was very rude. We witnessed her having a full on argument with one table who had complained that they have been there for an hour with no food. Now for the pool. If we are being honest it was way to small for high season August guests, by lunchtime the pool was warm and it was so full of people, you felt like sardines. The waterpark had just opened when we got there, they were still working on some slides so it wasn’t fully open. For us the waterpark and splash pad it was made the hotel, we found it great! Especially when you wanted to get away from the packed pool. Sunbeds were a nightmare, they didn’t have enough for even half the guests staying at the hotel. The night we arrived the hotel made an announcement that you were no longer allowed to reserve beds, this was ignored and people were sat out in sunbeds from 6am taking it im turns to go in for breakfast and by the end of our week staying there people were putting towels down and walking away and these towels were never removed. The waterpark sunbed area didn’t open until 10am, but people would que from half 9 and then be running to the beds in there. The entertainment was poor, they didn’t water aerobics and water polo in the daytime. Although when the water polo was done in the main pool, it made the lack of space even worse in there. The nighttime entertainment was bad, they did have a mini disco but it was tucked away in the corner next to the waterpark so if you didn’t know it was there you wouldn’t know it was happening. The restaurant staff are really lovely, but as for the reception staff we found them incredibly rude and unhelpful. Overall, we found the holiday okay but unfortunately we wouldn’t return to this hotel. The size of the pool and lack of sunbeds is a really off putting to us. We booked this holiday off the impressions as the hotel was not built when we booked it and unfortunately it just didn’t end up looking how the impressions made it look which is a real shame. I do believe if they made another pool or made the pool that they had bigger and had more sunbeds at the hotel itself would be great."
