Hotel Napa Suites

"We stayed at Hotel Napa Suites and can only say our stay has been amazing. When we first arrived, it was late evening, and they're was a mishap with our booking, but Valentino, on reception, swiftly sorted this out and we were offered an upgraded room from our original booking, plus a bottle of fizz for the inconvenience. The rooms are very stylish and chic with mood lighting and very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows to cater to individual preferences. The amenities within the room were a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks and water. There was a kettle and a coffee nespreso machine with fresh bottled water provided daily. We were bed and breakfast, but there was a courtyard restaurant and a Asian sushi 🍣 restaurant for dining. At breakfast, there was a good selection for continental or full english, but my only criticism was that it was luke warm. The hot plates could be set to a higher temperature to recify this. The staff at breakfast were attentive, especially Sashsoz, who remembered our preferences for drinks. Sashsoz was also at the rooftop pool bar and really made you feel special. The rooftop pool bar was very luxurious, with comfortable sun loungers and cabana beds. The infinity pool was awesome with a jacuzzi, too, for total relaxation. My only criticism about the pool and jacuzzi is that it could do with been heated out of peak season as it was ice cold. The house cleaning service was impeccable. We stayed in room 014 and our housekeeper was so thorough, I really would like to say a huge thankyou to this lady. She is an asset to Napa Suites. Overall, our stay was awesome, and we can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Napa Suites for making our holiday truly amazing."

"Very disappointed. Currently in room 201. Firstly the room… tiny bathroom cannot move in there. Noise on the balcony unbearable. Lots of cars, busses, bikes and quads so unable to relax on the balcony . Box of tissues in the room have been empty for 3 days now and not replaced. iPad not working and when reported to reception this morning one of them shrugged her shoulders the other said bring it to us to send for repair. Pillows requested this morning as they have been changed to big uncomfortable ones and still not replaced. When we asked on our way out this evening to be replaced she said maybe?? First day by pool ordered 2 beers which were never delivered so after 20 mins asked again. Breakfast a good choice but you always have to ask for tea or coffee which doesn’t always appear so have to ask twice. Ordered an omelette which also was not delivered so gave up on that. I kind of feel that we are a bit of a hinderance but if the staff were giving the best service they could(like the guy who runs the shop 10yards away who is so polite and pleasant ) things would be a little bit better than they are .There are positive things about this hotel but the issues I’ve mentioned take those away. Would I stay again? No due to the service not provided which are simple requests. Here’s to another sleepless night due to the ridiculous pillows and noise from the traffic! 😩"

"We’ve just enjoyed a 10 night stay at this beautiful hotel set in a good location at the top of Ayia Napa. The staff and manageress were consistently friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is immaculate with a gorgeous smell! There were Molton Brown bathroom products which were replenished during our stay and a minibar which is free for your first use. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really lovely with plenty of choice. The beds are huge and comfortable and we had no issues with noise. The hotel is set on a hill so the views are gorgeous. The pool area is stunning with great live DJs and attentive staff. Drinks are slightly overpriced in my opinion but appreciate it is a captive market! The aesthetics of the hotel and pool area are really something else. We hired a car to explore and used a recommendation from reception - this was so straight forward and no hassle at all with the car delivered and picked up from the hotel car park! Well worth it to explore the beaches that are a bit too far to walk in the heat. The only thing we found missing was a bar area for early evening drinks or later on after we had been out. The Courtyard restaurant opens at 7pm but it feels like a restaurant and we felt this could have been a more relaxed environment or been busier if it opened earlier for drinks before we going out instead of having to go back up to the pool area. Also it closes early, so if you want a nightcap when you come back there’s not a lot of options. Overall we would most definitely come back and stay here again and would recommend to others. We really enjoyed it all"
