"I recently visited this hotel with my family, I found the overall experience to be top notch, hotel Neptun offers an amazing food selection and is situated in the perfect location to fully enjoy Sunny Beach, the hotel and rooms were kept absolutely spotless and the staff were both kind and helpful to myself and my family, if you are looking for a fun relaxing all inclusive hotel I couldn't recommend hotel Neptun enough, I will definitely use again in future."

"The staff were rude and arrogant from arrival right through the 2week holiday, got food poisoning twice, the other 3 in the party got it once each. Food was uncooked. The wifey chocked on string that was in the chicken. Told the manager at reception, nothing, not even a sorry! Air con in the room was poor to none, even after the engineer come to fix it. Room maids never changed our bedding throughout the holiday even tho we had been ill and sweating in it. The all inc finishes at 11pm and don’t start till 10am including soft drinks. The room fridge is full of drinks you must pay for, limiting you’re room for you’re own things. Outside the hotel on the street it’s really an untidy place, with broken pavements, drains and rubbish everywhere. Even the local people make sure to make you feel unwelcome"
