"Arrived at the reception was greated with a very warm welcome and a glass of champagne, was quickly booked in and was taking to our room by the concierge, it was late but found they had put sandwiches fruit cake 2 bottles of water, inside the fridge there was 2 cans of soda and 2 cans of beer which pleased my husband, room was spacious bathroom was quite large the shower was quite big, room was spotless, all the staff at the hotel was very friendly very welcoming, the bar staff was the best, one of the best holidays we have had in a very long time, I will be back."

"We arrived on 16 September 2025 for a two week all inclusive holiday. The first week was very good, a lovely clean hotel, nice food (although cold) and good entertainment. It then went downhill. The beach bar closed, entertainment stopped, sunbeds/umbrellas were removed from the beach, the snack bar closed and the quality and quantity of food declined. To top it all on our last evening we were being picked up around 7.00 pm to go to the airport. We had been told we could get something to eat up to 6.00 pm but when we went to the restaurant they said it was closed to us as they were setting up the room for their staff party and they were locking the door. After a few words! they agreed that they would put some food out for us. The hotel should ensure that they keep everything available for their all inclusive guests until the last guest has left and the hotel has closed."

"My husband, son and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. Lovely hotel that was spotlessly clean with spacious room with a sea view balcony. The majority of the staff were unfriendly and some including the receptionist was very rude. The first half of the holiday was ok, all facilities were open and a reasonable variety of food but was always cold. Food got less and less, and hardly any variety. Food and drink ran out and was not replaced and no replacement offered, even when asked. Sun beds were packed away two days before we left, snack bar closed and because clearly the beer pumps had been cleaned there was no draught beer. We felt that everything should have been cleared and packed away after we had left as we felt very uncomfortable as if we were being pushed out. Would definitely advise anyone NOT to stay at this hotel the last week of the season."
