"‏I stayed at the hotel for five nights in September 2025. The location is excellent—close to the Lovers’ Bridge, the Old Town, Mozart Museum, and surrounded by various restaurants and shops, including a good restaurant that stays open late. ‏We booked a Superior Double Room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The layout was practical, and the bathroom was equally well-designed. Good WIFi The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Maksim and Ms. Miki, whose hospitality and service were outstanding. ‏Points to consider: ‏• The hotel is located on a slight hill, which may be tiring for elderly guests or those with strollers. ‏• No in-room phone to contact reception—you’ll need to go down in person for any requests. ‏• No luggage delivery service to the room, which might be inconvenient for large families. ‏• Cars cannot park directly in front of the hotel; access requires a special code provided by the hotel, which may be challenging for guests with vehicles. ‏Final thoughts: Despite these points, my experience was excellent, and none of the drawbacks affected my stay. "This hotel checks all boxes: clean, fantastic location, quiet, updated, friendly and courteous staff, great breakfast. Easy walk across the bridge to the fortress and up the street to mirabelle gardens. Not a bad walk from the train station, took us about 15-20 minutes with luggage. Would stay here again for sure."

"Very nice hotel, in a great location within the pedestrian zone. Most sites in the tourist area walkable. Service was excellent, and rooms were clean & quiet. Highly recommend."
