"Don't go here. Hotel is extremely basic and could do with upgrading. Location is terrible, there's 180 steep stairs to climb every time you want to go into the centre which you really need to do as there's nothing in this hotel. There's a pool bar which closes at 7pm but snacks stop at 6pm . Can't take your own drink to the pool area but get charged one euro for pool bar to give you a plastic glass with Ice if you want to sit at the sun loungers. Also the noise from night club in centre is so loud until 4.30am , there's no animation team or anything at all in hotel, can't even buy a drink after 7pm. If you have already booked this hotel try and change it before you go, don't know how it's got any positive reviews cos everyone we have spoken to here regrets booking it. Aircon is NOT free, surprise surprise you have to pay for this as well."

"We had an amazing week at this hotel. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, everyone was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is clean and modern and in a great location. The steps up from the commercial centre are manageable, but if not a taxi up is only 3.85 euros. Great value for money and would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
