Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel

"This hotel, which we frequent a lot for its good quality, has notably lowered it. We went as a family in September and now during the October long weekend, and we noticed considerably how the quality of the meals has gone down, both in quantity and in quality. It makes me very sad because we considered it a good hotel, but it has been noticeable that it has gone down a lot. I'm sorry, but it's the truth."

"It is the third time we have gone to this hotel, and the truth is they have lowered the quality of their meals, some of them a bit bland. But well, only some of them!. Saturday's dinner was magnificent, a great seafood platter. Regarding the entertainment, only Friday night's was worth it, but it is true that the hotel's common areas are not the most suitable place, since it causes a lot of disturbance to people who want to rest; I think there is a lounge for that. Saturday night's entertainment, in my opinion, was a bit short; something different is missing, a singing group, or something more interesting, magicians, etc."

"I really liked the hotel, the atmosphere, and the outdoor areas with very well-maintained vegetation. The room was quite spacious although the furniture needed renovation because the wood was cracked in some places and the refrigerator did not cool well. In the bathroom, they should replace the bathtub because it was too high. The employees were attentive, breakfast well-served and without rush. The only downside in the pool area was the amount of flies that were quite bothersome."
