NH Barcelona Diagonal Center

"Very dissaponting treatment of customer. Due to the death in family, I was forced to cancel my reservation. Despite this extremely difficult situation, the hotel refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. I understand that hotel have cancellation policy, but in such exceptional circumstance I expected at least some empathy and understanding. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no flexibility or compassion shown. This experience made me feel that the hotel’s policy was considered more important than the human situation behind the reservation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again."

"Enjoyed 2 nights with the family! The hotel has recently been renovated which gives the rooms a huge positive upgrade. We had connecting rooms which is ideal with 2 children. Good service at Check in (Check Out can be done online via Express CO) and breakfast. Compliments of the Hotel Director Mr. Santamaria and his team, they do everything to make the guests comfortable. We will definitely be back."

"All the staff were very attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable and very welcoming, an excellent option for the stay"
