"I left medicine with the front desk to be kept in the refrigerator. When I retrieved it, it had been emptied. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told it was impossible. The manager said she would investigate. Her investigation lasted approximately 15 minutes or so and she called me back informing me no staff had used my medication. Regardless it was full when I left home and handed it in. And empty when handed back to me no apology. After more than a month I’ve received an apology but no compensation. This is absolutely a theft on the part of their staff and is not being addressed/acknowledged as such."

"Modern hotel, elevator only works with room card -> security against uninvited guests. The breakfast buffet was crowned by the waffle station. Bake waffles in 2 flavors yourself. Super! The staff was very friendly and helpful. That is how you feel comfortable even in large hotels!"

Friendly, efficient, and always in a good mood. This applies especially to Ms. Shahina, who has significantly shaped the reception for many years with great professionalism, calmness, and warmth! Every hotel can be proud of such honest and professional employees!"
