Raffles London at The OWO

"From the moment I pulled into the courtyard I knew this was going to a great stay. The check-in was fast but very friendly and even though I was only staying one night the young man checking me in was extremely engaging and welcoming. I was pleased that my Limitless status was acknowledged because I have experienced other high end 5 star hotels where, possibly due to their popularity or self assumed importance, not really being too interested in the loyalty program. Raffles at the OWO was certainly not like that at all and I was overwhelmed by the welcome. I’m not looking for recognition but I do notice its absence. I arrived with two family members who live in London and we had just arrived back from Glasgow. The staff were so welcoming to them as well and we all went to my room to drop off luggage as we had a booking at The Spy Bar. My room was stunning and thank you for the upgrade to a Ministerial Suite. The furnishing, the tech, the bathroom and especially the bed were exceptional. We went to the Spy Bar for a couple of drinks and as a long time James Bond fan I was like a kid in a candy store. The Vodka martini was 10/10 as were the other cocktails. My family member said his cocktail, was possibly the best spicy margarita (it has a different name - very spy oriented) he has ever had. After that we went to Paper Moon for dinner. The delightful young lady at the Spy Bar sorted a reservation for us while we’re were enjoying our drinks. Paper Moon was also excellent. Great food and the staff were again just delightful. We rounded out the night with a drink at The Guards Bar and again were well looked after. I had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed and got up early and went down for breakfast at 7. The restaurant I went to ( starts with S I think) had a great menu and I enjoyed full English Vegan breakfast. Overall a 10/10 stay and I will definitely be back as there was so much more of the hotel I want to experience. Loved it."

"Lovely stay, the building is absolutely amazing and the decor superb. Fitting for an old building but still modern and clean. The room had character and all the required amenities. We took a Westminster suite which was lovely. Food was decent, we used the more relaxed restaurant but the menu was excellent for me, all my favourites."
