"I stayed here with my family Aug 21-24, 2026. It was a great experience for several reasons. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. We had two double rooms for a family of four and the space was more than enough. It was unexpected and pleasant surprise to get small free snacks every day such as apples and coffee machine refills. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the location, you can reach virtually anywhere in London very quickly. The train station give quick access to farther airports as well. The local area is safe and the farmers' market nearby is a treasure. We are especially thankful to the concierge, Konstantine, who helped us with navigating the tube and making steak dinner reservations. This is the second time we stay at the hotel and would gladly do it again."

"I’m not a fan of hotels but loved this place. Felt so relaxed and welcome. The staff are amazing and so pleasant and helpful. They’re a credit to the hotel. The location is superb and we will be returning sooner than expected. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff all had smiles for you. The room was spotless, modern and fully equipped. Can’t wait to come back."
