Inhabit Queens Garden

"Always a great stay! I love staying at Inhabit Hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel is consistently clean and modern. Robbie and Zahedha have been extremely helpful and supportive during this stay, and the nighttime staff are wonderful too. The team is always friendly, kind, and proactive at finding solutions whenever needed. I really appreciate the great service and always look forward to returning!"

"This hotel is in decline. The bathroom especially is poorly designed and maintained. The sink is a free-standing basin on a counter and is not sealed to the counter so water gets in and is always visible. This leads to visible and hidden mold/mildew with a bad smell. I reported this to the desk and they just put an electronic air freshener in the room. The pics show wiping this seam with a towel revealing the mold/mildew. They also show the standing water, having to hang towels outside the bathroom and mold/mildew buildup behind the sink. There is nowhere to hang bath towels in the bathroom, you must hang them outside the bathroom. The hand-towel can only be hung below the sink right next to the toilet - lovely! The room smelled really bad and we had to try to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. There also is no closet, just some weird metal assembly hanging down. There was no conditioner - only shampoo and body wash in the shower. The bedding consisted of a flat sheet on the mattress (no fitted sheet) with an odd comforter thing in a sheet-like sleeve and it was both too short, and too narrow. The towels were thin and worn. If this is a 5-star hotel, I think they are measuring on a 10-star basis. I will never stay here again. The only good things about this hotel were the air conditioning, and proximity to Paddington station."

"Another amazing stay at inhabit hotels in queens gardens and as always the best thing about the hotel is the team. A big shout out to Robin on reception in particular and his colleague Rehana. Robin was so helpful with everything and has a really good rapport with all the guests. It makes such a difference to be welcomed in this way. Looking forward to returning."
