"The location of the hotel is good, and the staff are lovely. However, the hotel is old and in need of a renovation. The rooms are very small and it should be noted that after a certain date, only heat is run in the room. Our room was stifling, forcing us to keep the window open all night (not great when partiers are your neighbors.) We only had two nights here and that was fine, but I would not stay here again unless the property had been renovated and modernized. It is right next to the Opera House so if you’re there for a concert it would certainly be convenient."

"Well appointed and maintained. Brilliant staff . Overall a very enjoyable visit"

"The hotel has the WORST Wifi connection I have experience in my life. Doesn't work at all. The staff are very rude with guests that have bad english, I've never seen my grandmother so frustrated when speaking to someone who is there too "help"."
