"My husband and I came for relaxation and were really pleased with our experience. The hotel is situated beautifully between the ocean and really high mountains. One mountain top is actually covered in snow, which was incredible because you can see it while you‘re tanning on the beach by the ocean.
The atmosphere is very positive and perfect for anybody. It’s great for families with kids as there is an entire area for them but they don’t bother the adults, you can’t hear or see them when you’re at the beach. The animation team is amazing. They really do their best to get you up and do some fun activities or sports. I personally loved participating, especially in the morning activities (yoga, Pilates or stretching) and then in aqua aerobics, darts, belly dance, Zumba and so much more (archery, rifle shooting, mango jump, power fitness workout, trampoline and more). I had so much fun in the survivor game! This way you could meet people. But the hotel is also great for just reading and drinking some cocktails. We loved the loungers on the pier. You hear the waves and get the sun but don’t have the sand stuck everywhere. The beach is nice, but I was a little disappointed to see quiet a few pebbles and you should wear swim shoes when walking into the water through the beach. I prefer using the ladders from the pier. The upside of the pebbles is that the water is very clear and clean.
The pools are great, too. One outdoor pool and the indoor pool are really warm (29 degrees Celsius).
The spa area is amazing! It’s brand new, huge and super clean. The staff is extremely nice. We loved using the included sauna, steam room and Hamam. We also booked several massages and one peeling Hamam and we were not disappointed. Devyana, who swaps the towels for new ones or for towel cards, always greeted us with a big smile and remembered our names. We felt seen and welcome. Tolga is so calm and very nice.
The bars are also great. We were a little confused because the mocktails, that were presented on signs on the counter tops in the lounges, turned out different every time. But Erhan at the lounge near the Turkish restaurant made me my favorite drink, the „Djungle Special“. He created something literally special every time. My husband and I usually spent our evenings in that bar on the cozy lounge chairs and played games or read our books. Although the music in that bar is nice, we knew them by heart by the end of our vacation because it’s always the same five songs, LOL!
The bartender Ramazan was also really funny and friendly.
The flowers and the landscaping are stunning. The gardeners do an amazing job. It’s like a big park with so much detail and there is so much blooming all around. The rooms were good, and the terrace is nice. However, the rooms don’t look like 5 stars to me. More like 3 stars. There was nothing terrible but it was just not very modern or luxurious. We LOVED all the cats! They are really gentle and sweet. There is one extremely fat cat (and I really mean FAT cat 😅). We loved them! Unfortunately, the balinesian beds on the beach were not included. We would have loved to use them but we didn’t want to spend the extra money. Same goes for the water sports offered at the beach, like parasailing, jet skiing, banana boating and more. It all looked like a lot of fun but the prices were through the roof.
The night shows were really nice and even the kids‘ shows were awesome, even for adults (e.g. the balloon artist). I really enjoyed the Shrek show. There is one girl who does rope acrobatics and she is incredible! We also enjoyed the belly dancers and the magician’s show.
The food was really great too! There is something for everyone! Especially the Baklava were our favorites. Unfortunately, the waiters are not very attentive. You have to wait a long time until something takes your order for drinks and they often leave before the second person can order their drink. It seemed like there was not enough staff for all of the tables. Mehmet is great, though! He always has a big smile on his face and thought us a lot about Türkiye.
All in all, it was a fantastic vacation. In 16 nights, we didn’t get bored. We would definitely come again! Next time, we will do some excursions as well :)"
