"Second time coming to Numa Bay after the first year being so good! The hotel is now so much bigger and looks stunning😍 From the moment we came, we had a lovely greeting, was offered a drink and was shown to our room, one of the staff helped us with our bags, if you needed anything they were quick to help with that! ROOMS🛏️ We stayed in a family room this year based in the C BLOCK. Lovely and spacious rooms, there’s enough beds which are more than comfortable, there’s a nice wardrobe for clothes, kettle with tea and coffee area, powerful shower and nice bathroom, decor ect. Air-con is brilliant although it was that good I woke up freezing most days😂, lovely new rooms though, very happy and had some lovely sleeps and was able to get ready fine. It also helped having a long standing mirror so good touches. FOOD🍴 There’s the main buffet with plenty of selections of foods! This has all now been refurbished too which looks even more lovelier and the layout is better as there is writing above the top to see what food is where which is very helpful. They had a mixture of evenings such as Asian, international, Turkish, seafood ect so plenty of variety to have. There was a kids section also, this contained spaghetti, chips and nuggets ect, so there was more than enough for children. Every night we was in the buffet Cemil I think he’s name is, very welcoming and always made sure we had a table waiting for us, lovely fella. Joe’s grill we attended again, again lovely food and there’s plenty (if not more) than enough! I had the alfredo pasta, that was so fresh and lovely. I would recommend the chicken too and the lamb chops, but plenty to choose from - it is a limited menu, but if you know what you like you shouldn’t have a issue. I wouldn’t have anything or much to eat all day as you do have a 4-5 course meal there’s so it’s very filling. It is also €30 per person but highly recommended and the guy who we had serving us again was lovely. We tried the Mangal restaurant too this time round, the nicest meal I’ve had here. I got the lamb shish kebabs, plenty of food and lovely layout too, highly recommend. - if you have children, I would say to get them to eat beforehand in the buffet just incase they’re a little bit fussy but for adults, perfect. The snack bar, Avenue was lovely, plenty of choices to choose from and loads of spaces for people to sit. There is a late night buffet too, so if anyone’s feeling peckish on a night time, you can help yourselves there. DAY ACTIVITIES | NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT🎭 Martin & Furkan from the entertainment team are lovely, same last year! Always says hi, lovely to be around and makes sure everyone’s having a lovely time! Alfonso also, lovely guy and always says hi & Laura too, lovely girl. Brown seems nice too, spoke to him a couple times. The others from what I seen, they’re not very interactive with some people, I didn’t feel were as friendly. I do miss the team from last year, they were so welcoming and lovely, always taken the time out to chat ect. There’s plenty of day activities to do, darts, aerobics, football ect - we didn’t see as much this time as we were around the kid pool but there’s a entertainment board with everything on. Night activities were brilliant! The bike show especially😄 really enjoyed that! There’s always something going on, from 8:30 there’s the kids entertainment and then from there around 9:30 the adult shows and sometimes there’s bingo and karaoke too. (Sometimes this can be located at the Alibaba Bar) - the Finches group was brilliant, could’ve watched them most nights really enjoyed! We were lucky enough to stay for the Oktoberfest which has changed slightly to last year, the day time they do the games and a BBQ, stuff going on & the night time is now a party/dj set; I did prefer it when it all happened at night it was a brilliant atmosphere but still a lovely event to attend to. Sunday night, there isn’t anything on due to the staff having a day off which is deserved so I would recommend going to the strip or something that night🫶🏼. BARS🍸 There’s plenty of bars in the hotel! The Piano Bar (newly added) is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for a properly mixed cocktail! I had a Pornstar Martini which was to die for, really enjoyed it😍🤌🏼. Tea and coffee is lovely at the Lobby Bar and there is also now a patisserie which do lovely Caramel Iced Latte’s and a selection of cakes and juices. Toborg is the main drink here but they do carlsberg or something else, lobby bar does tend to have this here. POOLS💧 There is about 6 pools I think, the waterfall pool is the coldest so perfect for a really warm day! The newly added pool is gorgeous too. We did bathe around the kiddy pool this time as we had a five year old, literally keeps them occupied all day, there’s slides and buckets of water ect so they’re always doing something. Happy to see Viktor is still there who’s now moved to Guest Relations, LOVELY guy and remembered us from last year, always welcoming and friendly and always smiling asking how you are, anything we need he can help. Lauren also, lovely girl, always took the time to sit and chat, ask how everything is & if there’s anything we need, she can help. Mehmet and Salih very lovely people too, always welcoming saying hi and smiling🥰 Overall, lovely hotel and would definitely come back! Absolutely love it here, never want to come home but thank you for a lovely stay🤍"
