"We spent one night at the hotel and were very satisfied. Deluxe Room: The room was tidy, clean, and very comfortable. We were most thrilled by the amazingly comfy and large beds, which provided a great night's sleep. Helpful Reception: The front desk operated without any issues even in the late evening hours, which made our late arrival so much easier. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a rich selection, ensuring there was truly something for everyone."

"We are currently staying at this hotel in Room 208, and unfortunately, from the moment we entered the room, our experience has been disappointing. After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel hoping to rest. However, when we went to bed, we found two hairs on the pillow. We contacted reception, and a staff member came to the room to remove them. Unfortunately, the staff member could not communicate in English and simply told us that the administration would handle the matter. Later that evening, we were offered champagne as a welcome drink. While trying to place the champagne in the refrigerator, the glass broke. We immediately reported this to reception early the following morning, and the lady at reception assured us that it would be cleaned. However, when we returned to the hotel at around 22:00, we opened the refrigerator and were shocked to find that the broken glass was still there. After an entire day, nobody had cleaned it. In the end, my partner had to clean the broken glass ourselves, which is completely unacceptable, especially when we had already reported it to reception. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they show a serious lack of cleanliness, communication, and attention to guest safety. When you stay at a hotel, especially after a long journey, you expect basic standards of hygiene and proper follow-up when you report a problem."

"We stayed at the Hotel Golf in Prague for six nights in a "Deluxe Double Room." The welcome was warm with a welcome drink. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding exceptional, and the small lounge elegant and comfortable for resting. Every day, we received new bottles of water, coffee, and tea in the room. In the morning, breakfast was hearty and delicious."
