Ilunion Aqua 4

"Had booked the hotel from Friday to Monday via Springtime. The hotel informs us that we have to switch to Aqua 3 Sunday to Monday because they have chosen to overbook. Even though we booked many months ago. We had a half marathon scheduled for Sunday, and tried to change hotels before the shower, but had to wait until 4:00 PM, which was just a mess for us. Chaos during Sunday morning breakfast, but the few who were at work did the best they could. Impressive of the 3-4 pieces The AC didn't work in our room, so we had 24-26 degrees Celsius in the room. The bathroom was warmer."

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and the biggest advantage is soundproof! The location is also nicely situated near all of Calatrava's architectural masterpieces. Only through the door you sometimes heard the guests.. Entrance, look for it because you first have to take the lift to the 4th floor and then turn left to Ilunion 4 or right to Ilunion 3. The breakfast room is too small for so many guests. Tables close to each other. The choice is reasonable but we could have done better, but that's also reflected in the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even though we hadn't put the towels on the floor, they were still replaced with clean ones. Slightly in conflict with the climate goals of the hotel chain. Stop near (line 35) to the center and line 19 return. In the shopping center, there is a large supermarket at the bottom. Further restaurants and shops."

"I was trapped in one of your elevators for 45 minutes and once they got us out we didn't even receive a simple apology from the hotel. On the other hand, I would like to congratulate one of your waiters who is a great professional. He was in charge of breakfast today."
