Ilunion Aqua 3

"What can I say, I spent a week at this hotel, and I had a very good time. Only at check-in upon arrival (the room assigned at 2:00 PM) they gave me a double room that was not the one booked, a small room with three beds where you couldn't even walk, naturally I had them change the room immediately as per the booking. Similar size, without the third bed....did they try it on? I don't know, anyway everything was resolved in a few minutes. The staff was very kind and smiling, especially at breakfast time, which was held on alternating days from Aqua 3 to Aqua 4, the two hotels are attached.....all this as a surprise without ever notifying us. The distance from the center is significant, impossible to walk. Very well connected by public transport. For the rest...city of science and aquarium and shopping centers all a stone's throw away. Room cleaned every day, clean environment. All in all a nice week. I am a super...super...super...customer, I will never understand what the young lady at the reception meant when I asked for the room change.... who knows 😉"

"For the first time in Valencia. Most aspects were very positive, too bad about just one.. We liked: - Very close to the main attractions. - In a large, well-stocked shopping center. - Welcoming and very helpful staff. - Rich and abundant breakfast during the week (done at the Illunion 4) less so at the Illunion 3 location. - Presence of a free filtered water dispenser on every floor. We did not like: - Window glass needs cleaning. - Worn curtains. - At night, you could hear the noise of water or fans running. - THE WORST: THE BATHROOM DOOR. Terrible. Made of completely transparent frosted glass, with a side-sliding mechanism that would jam if closed all the way and, above all, even when closed, a gap of a good 4 cm from the wall where everything could be seen. And at night, turning on the light would illuminate the whole room."

"We are currently there for ten days with my 7-year-old daughter and this hotel is literally ruining our vacation. The walls are so poorly insulated that you hear every little noise that happens in the hallway and in the rooms next door. So if, like us, you have the bad luck to be next to a group of young people who don't sleep at night, you will never sleep!!! We have been here for three nights and for three nights we haven't been able to sleep... screaming, laughing, soccer games in their room until 4-5 a.m... My daughter isn't sleeping, so the days are difficult.. Hotel to be avoided absolutely if you want peace and quiet at night."
