"We stayed at Green Garden Eco Resort for 10 nights as a family of three (two adults and one child), and our first impression was simply: wow!
The apartments are top-notch. We stayed in a spacious apartment with a master bedroom/living area, a separate bedroom, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden-facing terrace overlooking the golf course. Every room had a large TV and its own air conditioning unit. Even small details were taken care of, including washing-up liquid in the kitchen. Need to do laundry? There is a dedicated laundry room with washing machines available for guests. A charge applied.
The dining area made a huge impression on us. It is beautifully designed, full of plants, flowers, and even banana trees with ripening fruit. The large windows create a bright and relaxing atmosphere, there is a TV at the back, a small indoor play area for younger children, and the ceiling fans add a charming touch. The entire resort from the apartments and dining area to the pathways and gardens is beautiful, cosy, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Honestly, we could not find anything to complain about.
As for the food, if you are used to huge resort hotels with endless buffet options, you might think the selection is smaller. However, we felt there was always plenty of choice. There was something for both adults and children at every meal. Separate chilled displays offered cold starters, salads, and desserts, and everything was regularly replenished. Most importantly, the food tasted fresh, homemade, and delicious not like mass-produced frozen food. Even during the high season, the dining room never felt overcrowded.
The service deserves special recognition. The waiters and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing kind, attentive, caring, and genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. They treated guests like VIPs. A special thank you to Oscar, Youssef, and three wonderful ladies whose names unfortunately I did not catch. If you stay here, you will definitely know who they are they are always smiling, polite, and ready to help.
The snack bar was another highlight. Once again, this was not the typical selection of highly processed frozen snacks. There were freshly made chicken rolls with curry sauce, sandwiches with lettuce, tomato and cucumber, chocolate-filled pastries, as well as fries, crisps, and many other treats. Everything was constantly replenished throughout the day.
The bar service was excellent too. There were never long queues, and during lunch and dinner the staff would often bring drinks directly to your table.
The entire team deserves praise from reception staff and housekeeping to maintenance workers, chefs, and waiters. Everyone works together with one goal: to make sure guests have a fantastic holiday.
Are there any negatives? Not really. The daytime activities were not always clearly advertised, and the information on the website was not always up to date. However, this did not affect our holiday because the activities were still easy to find once you were there. The safe is not located inside the apartment and comes at an additional cost (around €30 for 10 days). Some four-star hotels include this free of charge, but we were prepared for that expense. Pool towels are provided free of charge, although there is a small fee for replacements. We only changed ours once during our stay. The music during the evening shows was sometimes a bit too loud, and it was difficult to have a conversation, but perhaps that was a sign that we should have been paying more attention to the show instead!
As a family that regularly stays in four-star hotels, we know that every hotel has its strengths and weaknesses. What makes Green Garden Eco Resort stand out is its atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail, and genuinely warm hospitality. The resort is incredibly green and eco-friendly, which adds even more to its charm. This is an ideal hotel for families, especially those with younger children.
We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended."
