"I wouldn’t go to the hotel agian the apartment was horrible the toilet wouldn’t flush and the sofa bed was broken the beds was hard and uncomfortable I went with my nan who is disabled she can’t walk she got a walking frame they put us on the top floor on the other side of the building my nan had to walk up 2 case of stairs and they was a long ramp it was hard for my nan to get up and they refuse to moved us to the lower ground and near to the place they was very rude and they was talking to us in their language we didn’t answer stand we came on Monday the 27th we had to move hotels because they didn’t help and they was very rude to my disability nan they had no manners as well"

"Absolutely discusting. NO Aircon the apartments are rotten. Food is something else. It looked like slop. No choice. You don’t get proper alcohol it’s all cheap and nasty. Entertainment is rubbish. I would never recommend it. The pool have a thick green verucca line around it. Absolutely rubbish"

"I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. I arrived at checkin around 21.00 checked in, went to the room. When looking around I found a few cleaning issues in the bathroom which I reported that night to reception (photos added) this included soap scum on the tiles in the shower unit, and what looked like to be sick down the side of the toilet and also the house keeper had left her sweeping brush, mop and bucket etc in the bathroom. The rooms are tired and in bad repair, the kitchen cupboard doors were not straight ,there was no sockets around the worktop which meant I had to put the kettle on a cooker ring which I thought was a bit of a fire risk and checking the balcony the door instead of the triple locking system on the pvc door I had an average household bolt not very secure. The following day the house keeper did attend the room but only did half the job and she didn’t clean the tile she put what looked like some sort of oil which only masked the soap scum and only on half the tiles and the stain on the toilet was left, a further 2 visits were made by the house keepers and nothing had changed so the scum was still there and the sick stain was still there when I left. There is some decking outside the room which was in bad repair with holes in and boards lifting and uneven. All in all not the best"
