Sunset Bay Club

"As a family of four with two kids aged 11 and 13 we just spent a week at this hotel. It must be one of the friendliest hotels we've stayed in with most of the staff and residents great, plenty of bars and restaurants on the resort but more focused towards the elder generation and for them really is a great atmosphere but a lot of the bars are closed Monday and Tuesdays. Rooms were okay and were recently refurbished but still some parts of the room not great. Really quite hilly if you get a room at the far end of the hotel. Now I've came across lifeguards not allowing balls and inflatables in the pool and obviously diving, but NEVER not allowing kids to jump in the pool, he constantly told our kids to stop jumping, and it's not like they were jumping on each other or pushing each other they were simply trying to jump in. Easily enough to put us off returning to this hotel, shame. Good value for money though."

"Lovely, well equipped studio apartment high up at the back of the complex with sea view and view of sunset from our huge balcony with 2 sunbeds, umbrella and table and chairs. Good swimming pools and pool bars. Only bugbear is the lack of sunbeds and the failure of the lifeguard to adhere to the policy of removing towels if unoccupied for 1 hour. This is really annoying when you have to walk down 8 flights of steps to the pool to find no available beds. Close to some good quality and reasonably priced restaurants. La Caponata and Sebastian’s are our favourites."
