"I've stayed at Pueblo Torviscas from 27.09.25 for 8 nights.
Before the arrival, I sent a request for a room with sea view which I've been told that is possible if I pay an €80 (€10 per night) fee so they can reserve the room, otherwise they will allocate me whatever room is available. I agree to pay the amount for a better room. They replied very fast to my emails, in minutes.
We arrived on Saturday at around 12:00AM at the reception. Be careful that there are no signs where is Pueblo Torviscas reception, they have a small office inside the Sunset Harbour Club reception, and because the reception for Pueblo Torviscas is open just Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, the Check-in and Check-out was made by the Sunset Harbour Club reception. If you have to pay something at the reception, has to be cash only, they don't accept card. And due to their limited opening time, if you are away in trips, you won't find them to help you out.
The room we had was K-1-3 (Block K, 1st Floor, Room 3). A beautiful studio flat with amazing view and a balcony. The room contains 2 single beds on wheels which can be push together, very comfortable mattress and pillows, extra blankets if you need. Outside temperature was around 26-29 daily but indoors was cool and nice. The room has an AC unit and a ceiling fan. You have to pay extra €10 per day for the AC unit.
On Sunday my partner identified that the hairdryer does work and we asked at the reception to replace it, which they confirm they will do it, but they haven't done it, I end up going on Thursday to tell them again. The reception had the impression that the maintenance team done it already. They brought us a brand new hairdryer.
On Wednesday we used the iron when we realised that some of the wall plugs don't work, including the plug for the TV, ceiling fan, internet and some other random plugs around the room, luckily the fridge and bedsides were working. We reported at the reception and the maintenance guy came in 20 mins and fixed the issue. Luckily for us that we didn't need the internet, the tv and the fan ceiling.
Multiple people reported cockroches in the room, maybe this period is not their season, but I've seen just 1 in the room which we killed, but even outside we barely seen any. So this wasn't an issue.
The Block K is located next to Unique terrace which they have loud music until midnight, so if you are going to sleep early you will hear the music. But the place is still open after that and possible you will hear some drunk people. This wasn't an issue for us.
Next to the Block K is a supermarket shop with everything you need in the room.
The hotel is located next to the beach (2 mins walk), shops, market and restaurants at a walking distance. Great location.
The pool booking rule, I think it's great! There are a number or sunbeds around the pool, but not crowded which ai loved. Everywhere around world people are leaving their towels on the sunbeds and dissappear for hours, but not here! If you booked a sunbed and didn't arrived by 10:00, they will give it away. If you don't have a booking, you can get sunbeds after 10:00.
The complex restaurant is nice and is always space, but more expensive than the restaurants located on the beach strip.
I have a friend who joined us but he booked the trip at the Sunset Harbour Club. He booked a studio flat and they gave him an 1 bedroom room for free. His flat was modern and brand new refurbished, with 2 AC Units which they were FREE of charge and more amenities in the room for FREE.
The Sunset Harbour is the main agency of this complex, and normally they are around €100 more expensive than the Pueblo Torviscas per week, but if you take in consideration free AC, better rooms, free amenities in the room (such as coffee, tea, kitchen amenities - salt, peper, cooking oil), you better book The Sunset Harbour.
Don't get me wrong, the complex and the room was very good, but for sure I will book with The Sunset Harbour Club on my next trip, the same complex, better value for money."
