Regency Country Club Apartments Suites

"I stayed at this Hotel from 4/10 to 10/10 and I will be coming back! The staff at the hotel were brilliant, helpful and so friendly, special shoutout to Jose and Jesus! Our apartment was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view and it’s even better than the pictures. The pool is heated and warm, the bar has a great selection of cocktails with talented bar staff. The entertainment staff in the day time were great and very chatty and funny. It wasn’t too busy so we had a great selection of sunbeds everyday. It was in a great location as you’re outside the main areas so it’s fairly quiet, but it was only a ten minute taxi down to where the bars and restaurants were. There is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The place was clean and felt very luxury. 10/10 from me and I thank the staff for a lovely stay in Tenerife🥰"

"Great location away from the craziness of the Costa but only a short drive into the town. Quiet and amazing layout. Despite a few small issues with room the staff were epic and got moved into a super room with great views and facilities The pool is fantastic and service overall was epic. Would visit again! Thank you 🙏"

"Disappointing because I found a hotel renovated only in the reception and breakfast room, not for the pool, which is aesthetically very beautiful but with worn-out, ruined lounge chairs and rotten wheels! Furthermore, they are not very attentive to cleanliness; cans and glasses were left for days in the small gardens and in the parking lot. For room cleaning, we had agreed on cleaning every other day, but this never happened because the room was never cleaned! Breakfast starts at 8, way, way too late!!!!! Furthermore, it is really poor with little choice; one morning we were left without hot drinks because the machine was in self-cleaning mode!!! I do not recommend this property because if you do not have a car you are out of the world!"
