"Good but not amazing and don't think I would stay again. Plenty room for improvement. It's a nice walking distance to many things such as: Royal Alcázar, La Giralda and cathedral, plenty of retail shops and restaurants, flamenco shows, la setas. Bus stops 10-15 minutes walk away. So no problem there
Breakfast: not bad but the same thing every morning becomes boring but you will find something. Pastries, toast, honey, jam, chocolate spread, tea, coffee, coffee, fruit juices, cold meat, cheese, salad, boiled and scrambled eggs along with a few hot choices such as little sausages, peas, broccoli.
Breakfast room is small and you're basically touching elbows with the strangers next to you. I also found you had to ask for refills.
complementary tea and coffee is served from 13:00hrs-23:00. I was very happy with that.
Close to many attractions, shops and restaurants.
Mattress comfortable but the pillows were flat
The hotel sounds very cute and appealing, but not when you’re inside. The room was very basic. Honestly think it's one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Felt like a hostel. And for a 4 star hotel, it wasn’t very clean.
Hair on our bed, hair on the tiles, walls and floor. The wardrobe is tiny in size. I’m 5ft 6 and it was a few inches taller than me. So when there's 2 or more sharing a room there's not much wardrobe space for your clothes or your smaller items like socks, underwear and PJs. Not much storage space for anything. It rained and there's NOT one hook in the room to hang a coat. The rooms are very spacious. I will give them that but lacking necessities. One hook right next to the toilet in the bathroom for one towel. I don't want to hang my towel right next to the toilet.
A tiny little desk that was attached to the wall that had a kettle on but no where to put a coat, bag, snacks, or little things.
As you sit on the toilet, you are staring at a bidet which I found disgusting as there was hair on it. You're literally touching the bidet opposite you. Bath with a shower attached to it. Personal preference when I’m away is a shower. The shower was ok. Once in the bath you had to stay by the taps and shower. It felt smallest and cramped. A massive window ledge was behind you collecting water. The room had a ‘unclean smell’ damp and a little musty. I try not to be picky when I go away, but in the corners were very dirty and big clumps of fluff and dirt just there on the floor. The room and bathroom was separated by a glass swinging door that did not lock with massive gaps around it. So if you're staying in the room with someone be comfortable as you can see through the large gaps around the bathroom door.
Cons overall
Not clean. Looks clean from a distance and that's it.
Hostel feeling room
And the lobby area only has a few worn out chairs. Very uncomfortable if you want to sit and have a change of scenery or sit for a few hours after you check out before you go to the airport.
Seville was lovely but this hotel was not so much."
