"My sister and I decided on a spontaneous 24-hour trip to Sevilla during our Spain trip, and Marina from Guest Relations was absolutely instrumental in making it such a beautiful experience. I emailed her before arriving and shared a few things we were interested in, including sightseeing, seafood and churches. She came back with a thoughtful plan for our entire visit and somehow managed to make 24 hours feel like much more.
The highlight was a private Andalusian horse-drawn carriage tour that Marina arranged for us. The carriage picked us up directly in front of the hotel and took us through the old city, around the Catedral de Sevilla and into Plaza de España. It was such a special way to see the city. We felt famous!
Marina also recommended local restaurants around the hotel and in Triana that we would never have found through the usual tourist guides. She helped us navigate the many flamenco options too, which meant we could choose something that was really right for us. What I appreciated most was how easy she made everything feel. We could simply enjoy ourselves knowing that someone who genuinely knew Sevilla had helped us make the most of our very short visit. Marina was warm, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly made the difference.
The hotel is in a fantastic location if you want to experience Sevilla without being right in the middle of the busiest tourist area. It feels more local and neighborhood-oriented, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It is also right by the bridge into Triana, one of Sevilla’s most historic flamenco neighborhoods which we didn't know beforehand.
The hotel has the classic NH aesthetic with a modern, clean feel and touches that reflect Sevilla and Spain. We stayed in a Standard New Style room with a view of Torre Sevilla and were able to get a high-floor room as requested. They also recognized my NH Titanium status at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch.
The rooftop pool was perfect for a hot summer day. With only 24 hours in Sevilla, it was simply too hot to explore all afternoon, so being able to relax by the pool until the temperature dropped was ideal. We also arrived before our room was ready and the hotel kindly let us leave our bags and freshen up, which made the early arrival much easier.
Overall, this was exactly the kind of short stay where great Guest Relations can make all the difference. Marina made us feel incredibly well looked after and helped us experience far more of Sevilla than we could have managed on our own. I would absolutely stay here again."
