I would especially like to mention the Reception Manager, Pedro Manuel, who was incredibly professional, helpful and kind throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after, and his level of customer service was exceptional.
The entire reception team was friendly, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. Small thoughtful gestures during our stay were genuinely appreciated and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests experience.
My parents especially enjoyed the breakfasts and the lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location is excellent the tram is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel and takes you directly into central Sevilla. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, which made getting around extremely easy, and a large shopping centre just a 5-minute walk away.
As with any hotel, there can always be small details to improve, but the warmth and professionalism of the staff made all the difference.
We would definitely recommend Hesperia Sevilla Hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla, and I personally look forward to returning again soon as I visit the city regularly.

Me gustaría mencionar especialmente al Director de Recepción, Pedro Manuel, quien fue increíblemente profesional, atento y amable durante toda nuestra estancia. Realmente hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y cuidados, y su nivel de atención al cliente fue excepcional.
Todo el equipo de recepción fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Los pequeños detalles y gestos durante nuestra estancia fueron muy apreciados y demostraron cuánto les importa la experiencia de sus huéspedes.
Mis padres disfrutaron especialmente de los desayunos y del ambiente tan agradable del hotel. La ubicación es excelente: el tranvía está a solo 5 minutos caminando del hotel y te lleva directamente al centro de Sevilla. Además, hay una estación de metro justo en la puerta del hotel, lo que hace muy fácil desplazarse, y también un gran centro comercial a solo 5 minutos andando.
Como en cualquier hotel, siempre puede haber pequeños detalles que mejorar, pero la calidez y profesionalidad del personal marcaron completamente la diferencia.
Sin duda recomendaríamos el Hotel Hesperia Sevilla a cualquiera que visite Sevilla, y personalmente espero volver muy pronto, ya que visito la ciudad con frecuencia.
