"Truly a little gem in the city center, 250 meters from the Giralda. Our room (junior suite) was spacious, very clean, with a nice bathroom and tastefully furnished. The lobby is beautiful and it is pleasant to be able to relax in the pool, a bit small but welcome. The girl at the reception was very kind. Truly an excellent solution in the center."

"Eurostar Sevilla Boutique is an excellent hotel where we stayed for 4 nights. Strategic location for visiting the center of Seville on foot, comfortable rooms and bathrooms as well, perhaps something could be improved in the breakfast but more than sufficient. Very kind staff."

"We stayed in a suite and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what we expected from a hotel of this category. From our arrival, the air conditioning in the room was not working correctly. Despite reporting it and the attempts to fix it, the problem persisted throughout our stay. We were traveling with two babies and, although we requested a room change, it was not possible to relocate us to another of the same category, which made the situation especially uncomfortable. In addition, the suite's bathroom seemed poorly cared for to us and had a level of maintenance that could be improved for a room of this category and price. As a positive aspect, we want to especially highlight the staff, who were very attentive and showed a willingness at all times to try to resolve the problem, although in the end it was not possible. The rest of the stay and the facilities were fine, but considering it was a suite and a hotel of this level, we expected quite a bit more."
