"This hotel is amazing . We were greeted by Jose, who is beyond professional and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the main sights that this stunning city has to offer . We have booked the penthouse suite, which I would highly recommend . The attention to detail and cleanliness are fantastic. The rooftop pool was a lovely treat to come back to after a day of exploring. Don't listen to the negativity as this place is great . Well done Jose you are a credit to the hotel and made our stay so memorable"

"Amazing experience from first contact until Jose walked us to our taxi to the train station. My wife uses a wheelchair and all access was excelent, facilites superb but above all the warm welcome, super assistance and kindness of our hosts Jose and German will ensure we return snd certainly will recommend to friends. An oasis of cool tranquility but close to major attractions, bars and restaurants. Highly commend if coming to Sevilla"

"It was a great disappointment that we paid almost €1,400 for three nights, without breakfast, assuming we had booked an apartment. Instead, we got a small room with a tiny bathroom — a room that wasn’t even on the website. When we checked with the staff it turned out that we had been given a “standby room” because everything was fully booked. However, this was done at full price. We think that's just a scam. You think you're getting an apartment, but you end up getting a much smaller and cheaper room. The staff was friendly and indicated themselves that they were not okay with this either. They advised us to address us directly to the owners. Nevertheless, it remains particularly disappointing that this has happened and that a correct solution has not been offered."
