"A lovely hotel experience from beginning to end.. A really warm welcome on arrival, hotel reception and bar looked immaculate and inviting, room was spotless and modern with all required facilities. Breakfast very good and pool area and terraces excellent. Cannot fault this hotel ,,, would recommend to anyone and we will definitely return."

"We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is so zen and calm. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Roxanne with a delicious Pomada drink. All areas are absolutely spotless. Our room was spacious and with super comfortable beds. The breakfasts are fab - especially the freshly cooked fried eggs and omelettes by the lovely young chefs; always very smiley and wished us to “enjoy”. Great choice of breakfast food. The housekeeping staff are the best we’ve ever experienced - special thanks again to Feliz, Viaje and Kelly. Although we went out most days, we did have 3 pool days and we never had a problem sourcing a sunbed; the hotel operates a strict no “sunbed bagging” policy and it works well. Our evenings were always completed by the entertaining bar staff - a special mention (though we can’t remember all the names) to Jose Senior and younger Jose, Majo. Great location - easy walks into Ciutadella, and using the buses and taxis to get to and from nearby beaches is quite simple to negotiate. We enjoyed our holiday so much our plan is to book again and visit next September for our 30th Wedding Anniversary too!"

"If you are seeking a guest focussed experience then Seth Port Cuitadella is for you. The hotel is situated opposite the promenade at the quieter end of Cuitadella and is about a 15minute walk into the centre. The hotel is of modern design and its interior contemporary. The rooms are well thought out and the communal areas are comfortable and inviting. The dining room offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas and are well serviced by the excellent staff led by Paqui and her team who ensure that drinks are served promptly and that the tables are cleaned and reset swiftly. The team are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The pool area is of a good size and offers a small designated children’s area. The main pool has both graduated steps and a ramp to access the water which is a real bonus ensuring it is accessible to everyone. There are plenty of sunbeds on offer both around the pool or on upper sunbathing decks . Towels can be obtained from reception for a small returnable deposit. There was never a time during our visit when we were not able to have a choice of sunbeds. The bedrooms are well designed and if a good size with a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs in it. The bedrooms have fitted open shelving and hanging units with a couple of deep drawers. A fridge , safe, and a kettle and drinks shelf. There is a small dressing table which would have benefited from some drawers to house guests hairdryers and make up etc and a large mirror in this area would have been appreciated. The beds are comfortable and if a high quality with a choice of pillows. Thus providing an excellent nights sleep. The bathrooms are lovely and fitted out well with a large sink area and a beautiful large walk in shower. Good quality towels regularly replenished upon request. There was also a smart tv in the room which was a bonus and provided access to Netflix and BBC channels. The rooms are immaculately taken care of by the housekeeping staff. The hotel offers a bed and breakfast or half board option. We chose the half board option. The food and dining experience was excellent the food is a hot snd cold buffet style. The food is of an excellent quality and there was lots of choice. It provided a good menorcian /spanish choice as well as ensuring that lots of other options were available. The food was plentiful and the chef and his team should be commended for ensuring that the guest experience was as good for the last customer as it was for the first one. My particular favourites were the variety of paellas and the casseroles that were amazingly tasty. The bar area is a lovely communal relaxing space with a fabulous atmosphere generated by the bar staff. Special mention to Cedes, Jose and Jose Luis for their chat, humor and banter that ensured a personal touch for each of the guests and ensured that the bar was a draw to all of the guests. The bar offered hot bar snacks during the day/evening and a speciality cocktail which we would recommend. The overwhelming experience during our stay was that the hotel is a well run , well managed establishment whose staff strive to provide guests with the best possible care and experience and they do so happily and with a personal touch that makes guests feel valued. Indeed we encountered lots of repeat customers which underlined the level of guest experience here. So we would thoroughly recommend Seth port Cuitadella for a wonderful stay in a beautiful historic city and we will take with us fond and happy memories of our stay with you x"
