Lago Resort Menorca - Casas del Lago

"Lovely resort, very friendly staff. Pool is very cold but other than that amazing holiday"

"The stay at the hotel has been better than expected, we have felt at home, the kindness and friendliness of the hotel employees make the stay much better.. we want to highlight the breakfast team, super attentive, kind and friendly. We will come back again."

"Just returned from a 5 night stay at Largo Casa Suites which is part of the resort. Our balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view, the spacious balcony had two chairs and a sunbed. The room itself was compact but had everything needed, the daily cleaning and nightly turn down service was very welcome, especially as there was a small treat of biscuits or sweets left on the room each night. The bottle of wine in the room on arrival was a nice surprise as was learning that the mini bar drinks were complimentary, but replacements had to be paid for. The breakfast options were particularly good, we had dinner in the FOC restaurant each night on half board basis, dinner was 3 course ordered from a menu which we prefer to buffet style. Other reviews have mentioned the friendliness of the staff and we found everyone to be professional and eager to help, special mentions for Ainhara and Jose for their outstanding customer service."
