"We came here beginning of October 2026 with our two children age 11 & 3. Overall we had a really good time but this was due to renting a car for the entire time (which we are very glad we did!). Rooms - we booked a 2 bed apartment and was upgraded on arrival to a top floor one with sea view which was lovely. The room itself was very spacious and clean. 2 big bathrooms, 2 big bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. However, there was no kettle, no iron and the hairdryer was extremely poor. WiFi aswell is basically non existent. Food - we actually was originally going self catering but we upgraded to all inclusive for an extra £350 before we came - biggest mistake of our lives! The food isn't great at all. We are by no means picky with food, we never have been! We are always the ones who make the best of the situation. However, the food was just inedible some days. After our 3rd night, we just decided to eat out instead. Hotel - the hotel itself it's extremely run down, missing tiles on the floors, dirty cuterly, flies absolutely everywhere and wasps just swarm you 24/7. The kids mini disco aswell was at 8:30pm which I thought was really late so we never went to it. We personally loved the waterpark - especially my children and the food there is much better than at the hotel. Location - there is a little square 5 minutes walk with a a supermarket and one bar and a restaurant with bouncy castles/go karts/trampolines etc and the food was gorgeous! Other than that, there isn't anything. We drove to the beach, we was told it was a 15 minutes walk but I wouldn't have said it was. Also it's very steep so would be hard work getting back up with kids. The beach is stunning. We spent an entire day there. Overall we wouldn't return. We booked very last minute and got a really good deal so was happy we hadn't spent a lot on it. As I said, the car was a saving grace so we could adventure out to eat."

"After reading reviews I was not looking forward to this holiday but I was pleasantly surprised our apartment was good asked fir a kettle at reception and it was delivered to our room 258. We are here until Sunday and the staff have been lovely so far the food has been OK with a lovely fish hake for lunch. The grandchildren have not got out of the pool, off to the beach tomorrow. Thank you"

"We were at this resort from August 16th to the 23rd. We were very worried after having read the dozens of negative reviews. Negative notes: The common areas are quite dirty, the paths are full of bird droppings, not to mention the pool near the restaurant hall: walking by it in the evening with shoes on, it was all dirty. We went to the water park one day, we went in and left after half an hour; the water was chilly, and the lounge chairs and the flooring were dirty. The Wi-Fi didn't work except at the reception and at the Bravo area pool; honestly, it is unacceptable that in 2026 a facility does not have coverage in all areas, and our own connection didn't even work in the room. The distance to the sea was 15 minutes on foot, and with a stroller under the scorching sun, it wasn't the best; we went anyway because the sea was worth it, but we would have appreciated the presence of a shuttle. Positive notes: We stayed in the Bravo Club area; the room was small but clean enough, and the air conditioning worked well. We didn't have any particular problems with the food; maybe it's because we adapt, but we and our one-year-old son always found something to eat. The animation team was engaging and never too pushy. We have already informed the travel agency that this is definitely a place we will not return to and that we will not recommend to anyone at all, especially considering the amount we spent."
