"The food is terrible, always cold no matter what time of the day you go. The choice is very similar for lunch/dinner everyday and there is always flies buzzing about. Can't comment on the entertainment as it only started at 10pm. With 2 children that had been on the go all day this was far to late for them. So we never saw it. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean enough and got fresh towels everyday. It was equipped with a microwave, kettle and a hob but absolutely nothing else. No plates, bowls, cups, glasses or cutlery! Sunlongers round the pool are hard plastic so not very comfortable. Not much round about the hotel and what was there, a lot of it had shut for the season. On the whole we had a nice family holiday, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I would not recommend it to others the food let's it down badly."

"We were a party of 11, on arrival wich was 10.30am some of our did not get into their rooms until 3.30pm so was not a great start to our holidays🙄all the staff were excellent from the reception staff through to the cleaners very friendly! The apartments were spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable. My grandson had a very bad smell in the room we complained and he was given another apartment immediately so congratulations too the reception staff who made the move easy. Food was under parr always luke warm and not too much taste. The waterark was good as we had teenagers that were kept entertained through the day. Entertainment was ok. On the whole moonpark is ok but definitely not 4 star. But all the family on the whole had a great time because we made our own entertainment as a family. Would i recommend it🤔 yes i would."

"The staff was unbelievable so friendly so helpful. At the restaurant chatting to use . The pool lady’s was lovely in fact all staff work so hard . The room was so clean tidy . Clean towels every single day . Rooms brush clean and mop . Food was mainly ok . But lots of time it was cold . I love salad so wasn’t to bad but even the fries where cold it’s not hard to get warm food such a disappointment as the food would have been a much better standard ."
