Plazamar Serenity Resort

"Very nice comfortable room. Was there 4 days, but my room was only serviced once. Young Spanish girl on reception very nice and helpful. Some on reception were snappy. I required was check out 12pm. I was told 11am and if I was one minute late I would be charged €100. Food not great, very cold. Dining area was all outdoors. I think €18 for breakfast was too expensive. I had breakfast on my plate, about to eat. It was very cold and two pigeons landed on it and started to eat it. So that was the end of the breakfast. I just had a very small cup of tea. I found it was really geared for families with very young children. No entertainment for adults. I will return to Turkey instead"

"Most of the staff were really lovely especially the waitresses who went out there way too assist We were given a room on the second floor right above the tunnel entrance and first cpl nights were quiet until the rooms above and to the side of us were filled with families who partied till late and got up early making sleep virtually impossible. Walls are paper thin which makes sleeping difficult and as much other guests making noise at unsocial times isn’t a fault if the hotel they should make sure people are warned against it."
