"We stayed for 4 nights in the apartments self catering late September. They were plenty spacious with full size fridge. We used it for breakfast stuff and so we could make sandwiches for our lunches to take out. The apartment was spotlessly clean the whole time and the shower has a very strong water pressure. You can use the facilities in the main hotel which we did as preferred sitting round the main pool. There was always sunbeds available. We had drinks from the bar and charged them to our room and we found at a standard price for the area (a large beer and a sangria approx €9). For us it was a great location, a couple of roads back from the beach and close to a small supermarket (where we picked up a baguette each morning). It’s a slightly longer walk to the main bit all along the front but within 10 minutes you are there, with lots of bars and restaurants along the way. We had a day on sunbeds on the beach and we preferred to turn right when we got to the beach - nice big area (2 sunbeds and a parasol was €21). If we came back to the area we would definitely stay in the apartments again."

"We have just returned from a 5 night stay at The Hoposa Montelin Apartments and were very happy with all aspects of the stay. The Apartments are across the road from the Villaconcha Hotel and we had full use of the facilities there. We had booked bed & breakfast and breakfast was served in the main hotel offering a good selection of hot & cold options. We also chose to eat dinner in on one evening and this also gave a good selection for a good price although we did feel service was lacking that evening as had to wait a while to be offered drinks and then we didnt receive enough glasses with the water ordered. The rooms were spotless and offered everything needed, with a small kitchenette. Our room was perfect but our friends first room was in the corner and the balcony was very overlooked so they requested a move which was available the following day. The hotel was very quiet in the evenings and didnt really offer much entertainment which was disappointing. On one evening we returned around 9.45pm and were the only people in the bar. Had there been music or something happening we would have made more use of the bar after we had been out for dinner. The hotel is excellent for sports with a laned swimming pool (although a small additional charge applies) and a bike shop offering bike hire. There is a garage to securely keep bikes and washing machines for washing cycle gear if going out every day. The hotel didnt seem particularly busy even though it was only the first week of September but by lunchtime there didnt seem many sunbeds available around the pool. The location is good, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk from the busier Port area. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely consider returning to the hotel should we return to Puerto Pollensa."
