Valentin Park Apartamentos

"This is a really great hotel for children. From the pool areas to the buffet, everything is geared toward children. We were there with our grandchildren and were very impressed by how wonderfully the needs of families are met. Stroller rentals are available, and you can even easily rent toys for the beach. The kids' club is not just a daycare but offers a daily changing program with the children. The kids' disco and evening program are organized with a great deal of dedication. However, anyone looking for peace and quiet here is in the wrong place, and the unrenovated rooms also need an update. The space for belongings in the closet is also far too small. We stayed in the building outside the complex, and it was significantly quieter there, which was very pleasant. If you need a second room key and a safe key, you must make sure to get a receipt; otherwise, you will not get your deposit back from the musty night porter upon early departure. Otherwise, the staff is consistently friendly and patient, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to families."

"Hotel is clean, friendly staff, variety in the food, and the pools are recommended. Even with many families in the hotel, it was quiet and pleasant."

"Excellent hotel for families. Very warm staff and a wonderful entertainment program, especially for children. Particularly noteworthy are the people at the bar, with JOAN as a TOP waiter. Restaurant: Great food, reception service: Robert is magnificent, Carlos, a waiter in the restaurant, also provides excellent service. Reception: Michelle and Zsofia are very accommodating Head of reservations: Christian was extremely professional and friendly. Animation team: everyone fantastic and passionate about their work. This brings great joy, especially to the children. The only thing I would wish for that needs to be renovated is the indoor pool and the whirlpool. They are good, but need to be modernized, and I would also like to see a sauna or steam sauna added. Especially for vacationers arriving at the end of Sept./Oct., it is quite nice to go to the indoor pool when it rains."
