"The hotel itself has decent facilities, good gym, pool area and restaurant. It’s very clean and staff are very helpful The rooms are a let down. Although they’re clean, they are just in poor condition. Chipped, scratched furniture, mirrors in bathroom all worn away, shower trays feel like they’ll crack when stood on. But the worst thing is the thin walls. No soundproofing at all so it’s really noisy even with earplugs in Breakfast was great, loads of selection of food and drinks served 8am-10am. Dinner was a bit hit and miss but i always found something to eat I wouldn’t go back based on the rooms but if you are wanting something cheap and you will be out all day at the pool or resort then this would be fine."

"We have just returned from a short stay at Club Simo. We had a really great time. To us the hotel had a nice atmosphere and the staff were really attentive and welcoming. The food was fantastic with a vast choice at every meal. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the grounds immaculate. Our room was quiet and clean. The bed was large and the mattress comfortable which allowed us to rest and sleep incredibly well. The location was great for us, allowing us to walk everywhere and trace new routes throughout the locality. We also used the gym regularly, which was a good standard and allowed us to keep our routine."

"My opinion about this hotel is that it is a dump, the room was very bad, the floor was coming up, the Wi-Fi did not work, we went to the front desk twice to have them change our room and according to them everything was full. The only thing was the restaurant food was very good and the restaurant staff, especially Maribel, was very kind. What I did not like at all was the bar manager who was criticizing Pablo, the entertainment manager, very badly with a waiter, and we were sitting at the table next to them and could hear everything, when Pablo is the best part of the hotel, attentive to everyone, super fun, he is always smiling. I do not know how a hotel can have a bar manager working at this hotel when she only knows how to insult a coworker and criticize him with a waiter, it leaves a lot to be desired, especially in front of customers. We are customers who go to Senator hotels a lot. I hope management takes note of this comment, but in any case, we will try to see if we can send a written complaint to the central office about this matter since my husband is a labor inspector. Because what this woman did is not normal, since we heard everything she said about Pablo and it is reportable, for everything else, we will not return to this hotel."
