"Visited in Oct/Nov 2025 with a family. Room rather small but ok and hotel itself like any other, location is good, multilingual staff. Food standards are shocking e.g. there was a jug of milk served for breakfast well past its use by date, I wish I took a photo. Hotel is closing for season, and that is how the food felt. I dont recommend booking this hotel for October half term holidays. This hotel was a dissapointment."

"Never have i been so disappointed with the hotel. The first 4 screen shots are the hotel I booked, I'm unsure if there are rooms at the hotel like this but I can assure you the 2 rooms we got were not like this! They were tired, out dated and the bathrooms were dirty. We booked a single room and a double with seating area. The single room was a good size, double bed in the centre of the room and good size bathroom with walk in shower. The double room was a brilliant size however the double bed was wedged between the wall and the built in wardrobe do if you were beside the wall you had to crawl into bed from the foot of the bed. The bathrooms were awful. The stainless steel taps looked like they had never been cleaned, the shower head was full of limescale and dirty. You had to hold the shower head to shower, there was black mould around the tap fitting and in the grouting. The mirrors were dirty and there was a dead insect at the bottom of the mirror for the whole time we were there. The floors didn't get mopped, just swept and then they would spray some air freshener. We went all inclusive, chips and carrots were part of the breakfast menu and the scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid. If the veg wasn't eaten it was brought out for the next meal. We ate out most evenings because after breakfast and lunch you couldn't stomach any more. The location on the other hand was ideal, close to the beach, shops and plenty of restaurants and bars!"

"Me, my wife and 5 year old daughter unfortunately stayed here over October half term. My daughter has an egg allergy so we printed off some allergy cards in Spanish plus had our holiday agent email the hotel in advance. Our first lunch was a chaotic disaster, trying to explain to the head waiter that we have an allergy in our family, the chef came out and he said to my wife on some dishes "it should be ok " in broken English. At dinner I showed the Spanish allergy card to the head chef, I asked what can my 5 year old daughter have? He said aggressively "nothing" then points at the stale fruit. We paid for all inclusive but had to eat out every night. The hotel has no idea what ingredients are used in their meals and has a zero catering capacity for anyone with any food intolerance. The staff are rude, unhelpful and miserable. Felt like we were an inconvenience to them because of our requirements. I will be in contact with our holiday provider to request compensation and to flag this hotel up. Cleaner's are the only good thing about this place. We even asked for a few slices of bread and honey to takeaway for breakfast on checkout as stated in our all inclusive package and the rude receptionist said no. 0 stars"
