"Rooms were a great size, really nice and clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful sadly with 1 exception , a female member of bar staff spoke very negatively about some guests , making assumptions that no one understood Spanish. Food was OK, sometimes really nice , sometimes mediocre . Breakfast was always good and hot. The location is a fair walk from Csla Bona , but a nice flat walk. What let's the hotel down is the entertainment, as an all inclusive we would expect better. They advertise as starting at 9pm , this never happens. They run late and at times just dont do anything as advertised e.g karaoke , games night. The bar closes promptly at 11, which feels early for a holiday . All in all we had a lovely time , and the majority of staff were really good"

"The friendly, laid back vibe led to a genuinely relaxing few days away which was just what we needed - we can understand why folk return time and again. The hotel is quite far from the airport but worth the drive once you get there and can unwind. Rooms were large and spotless, with a mini fridge if needed, plenty of lighting, open wardrobe area, sofa and great sized balcony, plus comfy beds! One negative is that the bathrooms we had were definitely in need of renovation, with temperamental showers and toilet flush. Food was ok...maybe a 3 out of 5...not the best we have experienced but for the most part it was hot, fresh and plentiful although breakfast was a little disappointing to us, personally, and after a few days, we were bored of the repetition. We also felt that if you had allergies or intolerances then you might struggle as not all dishes had labels etc and there were times we had to guess, which was interesting. We booked All Inclusive, however there are so many options of places to eat in the area that we could have easily enjoyed going half board, in hindsight. AI drinks were limited we found but did include a basic red, white, rose, sangria & beer plus a handful of cocktail choices and hot/soft drinks, plus the snack bar had handy self serve drinks machines (including water), and a selection of fruit/cakes and sarnies etc. Evening entertainment was easy going and light hearted, offering simple humour and friendly engagement, but was not overwhelming or too in depth. We enjoyed listening to people having fun while we played cards/games each night after dinner and enjoyed a few drinks. Not much for youngsters to do, in our opinion. The pool is a nice size, plenty of sunbeds were available and it was lovely and clean. The walk from Cala Bona to Cala Millor was lovely, past the pretty marina and with great views plus as mentioned, plenty of places to eat/drink along the way. There is a complementary shuttle bus to the beach which we didn't use although we did get a cab back from Cala Millor one of the days which cost around 5euro which we felt was definitely reasonable. Ultimately, Staff are what really made the trip better, to be honest. Everyone was friendly and engaged, even when they were clearly very busy. Huge shout out to Mel in the restaurant, Jess at the bar and Ricardo on reception...you all deserve a raise! Thank you for your efforts and your warm welcome!"

"We have just returned from a 3 night mini break to this lovely hotel. We booked all inclusive with a view to just using it for breakfasts and then a few drinks here and there but we ended up eating the majority of our meals in the hotel as the food was delicious, always plenty of choice, hot and tasty. The rooms are quite big with plenty of wardrobe space, and the beds were really comfy. The bathrooms are a bit dated, with the shower curtains, but they were spotlessly clean, as was everywhere in the hotel, which was gleaming. The location is about 10 minutes from Cala Bona harbour and quite a pleasant walk. The courtesy bus to Cala Millor runs all day, which is nice if you don't feel like walking. The value for money at this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely recommend it and also return."
