Sol de Alcudia Apartments

"We booked A10 sol de alcudia for the Scottish October school week, great price for a 1 bedroom apt self catering. The room was spacious and has everything you will need for your weeks stay, cooking facilities (we didn't use them), coffee machine, fridge, aircon and even a btl of water on arrival. Reception staff are super friendly, nothing is too much for them and happy to help, check in was easy and quick. Rooms are cleaned 5 out of 7 days, we had towels changed 3 times and beds changed/made up also. You can hire a safety deposit box and pool towels, the pool towels are changed on request and deposits returned on check out. We didn't use the resteraunt but our friends did and had no complaints, they offer themed nights including bbq. The pool isn't heated and was fresh in October, pool bar is reasonable and cocktails and draft beer available (estrella). We loved the location of this hotel, its central to the bellvue strip and canal bars, right next door you have funny bunnies(pacos), mucky omarras, Lloyds fish and chips, 2 mins down the road, more bars and resteraunts. Its only 10 mins walk from the beach, which is a must see, beautiful long sands, child friendly depth and water sports. The sea was perfect for a dip and swim. We eat out most nights, walked up to the port and lots more bars/resteraunts. We would definitely return to this hotel again and recommend. The only thing that would improve it woukd have been day time entertainment around the pool, as it was October there wasn't any day activities. Night time in the bubble bar however you have live acts, bingo and pool table. Most of the surrounding bars have pub quizzes and karaoke from around 8/8.30 as well. There are lifts, ramps and disabled friendly access also. Onsite gym."

"Back for the 3. time. Whauu what an upgrade to the hotel. Rooms, pool area, restaurant, outdoor areas totally refurbished. Thanks to all staff for giving us a great week in the "new" hotel. We will be back."

"This hotel was beautiful, so clean and in a good area where it was quiet but near to good restaurants, bars and the beach. It was a lovely friendly place and we were made to feel so welcome by everybody there. The room was a good size for us as we only there to get ready and sleep we spent a lot of time by the pool during the day and out exploring at night. Maria who worked in the restaurant was brilliant and went out of her way to make us feel welcome we will be back."
