Apartment LIVVO Oasis

"On arrival,11.30pm, we were expecting to sort our own keys, as expected, but we were greeted by an elderly gentleman, who showed us to our room, he even carried my wife's suitcase for her 👍 COMPLEX The whole place is spotless, the staff work non stop through out the day. Housekeeping, maintenance, security all very hard working & friendly. ROOMS The rooms are fantastic, very spacious, comfy beds, exceptionally clean, shower was plenty big enough, TV with a few English channels. AC was a good choice too, as it was red hot while we were there (my only gripe, no microwave whereas some rooms did have them) Our cleaner was brilliant, very friendly, I should have asked her name but she was the one that always wore the visor (la visera). Rooms are cleaned 5 out of 7 days RECEPTION All good no issues POOL Unfortunately this is the only area that let's this place down 😔 although it's spotless, getting a decent sunbed was hit & miss. The pool opens at 10am, yet 9.25am folk were going under the chain to put towels on sunbeds, then buggering off down the town for a couple of hours. Most days there were unattended beds just sitting there with no one on them, just a towel. Come on Oasis, nip this in the bud before it becomes a real issue & spoils it for other residents. I only spent 3 days round the pool because of this very reason.(See my pictures) One day an elderly man from room 115, put 4 towels on 4 beds and only used the 2 middle ones, making sure no one lay either side of him & his wife. (Just selfish) the same gent, using glasses for his drinks around the pool, in fact lots of folk, buying bottles of booze and leaving the empty GLASS bottles rolling around the pool area. Very dangerous!! The pool itself was a decent size. LAST DAY On our last day, we paid a small fee to keep our room, right up until we were ready to leave for airport. Our flight was 22.15pm so definitely worth it, I didn't fancy sitting around for hours with luggage. Would I stay here again? Most definitely, it's a fantastic place, but please sort the pool issues out."

"Lovely little hotel , Rooms are fab , reception staff lovely and helpful , Charley at the pool bar amazing and friendly , just a short walk to the strip , I would 100% stay here again , we needed an extra pillow for the room and it was put in there straight away , well done to all at livvo oasis for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable"

"Really can't fault this hotel. Very clean and perfectly situated. Of all the apartments we've stayed in, in Lanzarote this is the best. Lovely relaxed pool area, pool bar is small but adequate for what you need. 5 mins walk to the main strip and 10 walk to Rancho Texas. Apartments are cleaned if felt daily and rooms are spacious and the air conditioning in the bedrooms were amazing. There was only one day where all the sunbeds were taken by 9.30 but this was at that height of the season so maybe they could all a few more, but perfect hotel for self catering and we'll definitely recommend and be back."
